Lori Davidson has worked with us since 1987 and is now our Shop Manager. She is skilled in and oversees design, drafting, construction, woodworking, and installation. She also tracks orders and inventory and helps with tuning, voicing, and service work. She and husband Wayne have one young child.
Oscar Aguirre has concentrated on drafting and woodwork as well as on installations for about 10 years with us. He also helps with service work. He and Martha have been married for 5 years.
Lucia Han came to us in 2001 as an organ student from Peabody Institute in Baltimore for a summer internship in organbuilding. She has stayed on as a full-time employee, although she is also continuing her organ studies at University of Texas in Arlington. She has just completed her senior recital for her organ degree this past April. She is especially gifted as a tuner and voicer, besides being interested in things mechanical.
Carol King, co-owner manages the office and bookkeeping. She also helps with leatherwork, wiring, service work, and installations. She and Ross have been married for 42 years and have 3 sons.
Keith Henderson has assisted us on a contract basis since 1968. He has worked with organbuilders in Texas, the Northeast, and Australia. He is familiar with all parts of organbuilding, but he is especially skilled at leatherwork.
Tom Tansey began working for our firm in 1998. Since that time, as a member of the Army Reserves, he has been called to Bosnia for a year and is currently serving in Iraq. During the time he was stateside he was involved in construction, woodworking, installation and service work. We look forward to his return. He and his wife Lisa were recently married.
Drew Kocher returns to our firm this year after working for us in 1986. His skills lie in construction and installation. He also assists with tuning and service work. He has 2 children.
Ross King, the owner, takes care of consultation, organ evaluation and guides the firm in tonal direction. He also does service work, tuning and voicing, and participates in installation and final on site voicing.
